Song Distribution

Once a song has been added to the Music Library, it can be assigned to any number of Groups. When a participant opens an assigned song, they are prompted to select their part, which loads the correct sheet music for that participant. Part selection can be changed at any time.

Songs, collections, and setlists can all be assigned to Groups. Once assigned, Administrators can hide specific songs, collections, or setlists from participants while keeping them assigned to the Group.
