Gather your Legacy Beam Codes
Gather your Legacy Beam Ensemble Code and Director Password. These can be found in the Legacy Beam App by tapping the Home Button>Settings>Beam Activation Codes
Enter Codes into Arc Dashboard
In the Arc dashboard, click the Migrate Beam Music Library button. Then enter the codes.
If you want all of the music to go to a Group, select a Group. Otherwise, it will go to your Subject Library and you can tap the + button inside of a Group to add the music to it (shown in second photo)
All music and Global Annotations will be migrated to the New Beam.
Collections and Setlists are also migrated and can be added to a Group of choice.
