Annotate on an individual participant's part

Beam allows Administrators to annotate on a specific participant’s direct layer. Annotations on a participant’s direct layer are visible only to that participant and other Administrators.

Annotate on a participant's direct layer

1. Open a song on any part

2. Tap the annotate button

3. Tap the Layer menu

4. Tap Participant Layer

5. Find the participant’s part by doing one of the following:

   • Search for the participant’s name

   • Tap the participant’s part and then tap their name

6. Tap Open

7. Add annotations, then tap Done when you're finished
